 CS hosts ITU TELECOM ASIA 2002 Cocktail Reception (1) |
The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Donald Tsang, hosted a cocktail reception at Government House this (December 3) evening for around 300 participants in the ITU Telecom Asia 2002. The participants included 100 Youth Fellows and Youth Ambassadors from Asia Pacific and forum speakers and sponsors. Picture shows Mr Tsang, the Secretary General of ITU, Mr Yoshio Utsumi, and the Chinese Minister of Information Industry, Mr Wu Jichuan, proposing a toast to the guests. |
